A CrossFit training contains the so-called WOD. This stands for ‘Workout Of The Day’. Every WOD is different, so you never do the same training. By training with different exercises, combinations or intensity, the WOD is different every time. Constantly varied, as the CrossFit philosophy describes. The structure of the training consists of warming up, skills / strength, WOD and cooling down.

The WODs are supervised by a certified level-1 CrossFit instructor. In the class schedule you can see when the WODs take place. At CrossFit Flames XL there are 10 to 12 places per WOD available, so that we can guarantee the high quality. Through the app you can register for a specific lesson.
