16 Flamers to the Arena Throwdown

The Arena Throwdown final in the Rotterdam Ahoy on August 20 was a great event. As many as 24 CrossFit Flames XL members made it to the finals, 16 of whom ultimately put up a great fight. The Flamers have fought like lions and not without result. Our own Saskia Boonzajer Flaes became first in the masters 35+ category!
