With your subscription you can participate unlimited in all classes: the WODs (Workout of the Day), Fundamentals/Beginners, Strength Training, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Conditioning and Gymnastics. You also have access to the Open Gym hours where you can exercise by yourself. So there are more than fifty training hours per week from which you can choose! You can register for the classes via the app.
