What do the training sessions at CrossFit Flames XL Amsterdam look like?

One of the big differences with a regular gym is that you don’t train alone, but in a group. A group that supports and encourages you. Another big difference is that in a box (CrossFit gym) you are immediately part of a community. That means that you do not make up excuses not to exercise, but persevere and persevere.
