Your privacy is of great importance to CrossFit Flames XL. We therefore adhere to the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly.

We need a number of personal data to maintain your membership administration and take out your membership. These are obtained with your permission via the CrossFit Flames XL registration form. For this we use your name and address details, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address and payment details.

We may also ask you to fill in any (medical) details. This information is important to guarantee you the right way of guidance during the training. Where necessary, we ask you to share this information with the trainer yourself.

We use the online SportBit manager service to process our membership administration.

In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the SportBit manager online service with information we learn about you.

Processing order

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your payment details, name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We are legally obliged to do this. We keep this information for two years after your order has been completed and seven years thereafter (this is the legal retention obligation).


Access portal

Our portal gives you access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things for the online service yourself. We keep track of what you have done and when, so that there is proof of this.

We use your sports performance for performance tracking and email address. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information for six months after the end of the service to you.


Make in-app purchases

You can buy things in our online service SportBit manager. We use your personal data to process and register the purchase.

For this we use your e-mail address, billing address, name and address details, telephone number and payment details. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information for two years after your order has been completed and seven years thereafter (this is the legal retention obligation).


Take out a subscription

You can take out a paid subscription with us. Your data is registered in our online SportBit manager service. We use your personal data to process the payment.

For this we use your billing address, telephone number, payment details, e-mail address and name and address details. We are legally obliged to do this. We keep this information for two years after you have canceled the subscription and seven years thereafter (this is the legal retention obligation).


Contact form and Newsletter

You can ask us questions or make requests using the contact form.

We use your email address for this. We do this on the basis of your permission. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also report this via your account. You can also report this via the portal. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data will be kept for three months after you have canceled the subscription.


Purchase credits

Some services at SportBit manager work with credits, which you must purchase in advance. We use your personal data to process the purchase and to register the credits. For this we use your e-mail address, name and address details, telephone number, payment details and billing address. We are legally obliged to do this. We keep this information for two years after your order has been completed and seven years thereafter (this is the legal retention obligation).


Your account

You must first register for certain parts of our online SportBit manager service. You must then provide information about yourself (possibly via the CrossFit Flames XL registration form) and possibly choose a username. We will then create an account into which you can log in with your username and a (self-chosen) password.

For this we use your nickname, name and address details, telephone number, profile photo, e-mail address, date of birth, billing address, payment details and gender. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information for six months after you close the account.

We store this information so that you do not have to enter it again and again and so that we can contact you more easily if necessary with the online service. You can change information via your account whenever you want.


Other parties

We do not provide your personal data to other companies or agencies, unless this is necessary for the online service or if the law says so. An example is that we may report fraud to the police if we suspect fraud.


Advertisement

We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. This is what we do:

You can object to this advertising at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. You can also report this via your account.


Provision to other companies or institutions

Under no circumstances do we give your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless this is necessary for our online SportBit manager service or if we are legally obliged to do so (for example if the police require this in the event of a suspected crime).

Some of SportBit manager’s partners are located outside the European Union.


Cookies

Our online service SportBit manager uses cookies. Cookies are small files that can store information so that you do not have to enter it every time. But SportBit manager can also see that you visit them again. You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things of our online service will then no longer work properly.

Google Analytics

Our online service SportBit manager uses Google Analytics to track how visitors use the online service. They have concluded a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. They have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. They allowed Google to anonymize the IP addresses.

Security of personal data is of great importance to us. We ensure that your data is well secured with us. We continually adjust security and pay close attention to what could go wrong.
