New at CrossFit Flames XL: the infrared cabin. This is a dry sauna, which is heated by infrared heat. The infrared rays help against muscle pain and in addition, waste products are removed faster by sweating. Great after a workout!

‘My plan was to check out different boxes in Amsterdam before I started training somewhere. But after the first trial lesson at CrossFit Flames XL, I was 100 percent sure: I stay here! The atmosphere is great and everyone is welcome. No matter how much experience you have and how old or fit you are, everyone is taken into account.
