Do you want your child to exercise more? CrossFit is the perfect sport, especially for children who think they do not ‘like’ sports. CrossFit is a combination of strength training, gymnastics, weight lifting and cardio training. The training sessions are based on functional movements, movements that you use in daily life. Kids Fun is given by coach Midoen who is certified as CrossFit Kids coach and knows everything about children and exercise. The program is based on the specific development needs of children and is given in a small group. In addition to being active, your kids get more self-confidence, they learn to work together and they have a lot of fun with each other!
